HTI's Air to Air Ceramic Heat Exchanger accepts dirty air, flue gases or industrial gases off of chemical processes and can heat the gas to a higher temperature than a metal heat exchanger's operating limit.

Our patented ceramic exchangers are designed to operate continuously up to 2400°F, while alloy metal exchangers' normal operating temperatures must be kept below 1600°F. We manufacture both low and high pressure Ceramic Heat Exchangers. Our 150 psig high pressure heat exchangers are designed to operate with leakage rates of less than 1%.

Ceramics are impervious to slag and acids allowing the ceramic heat exchanger to act as a shock section in high temperature systems.

Our ceramic heat exchanger has been proven in extreme operating environments.
